How To Set Up Taxes and Services Charges In OnTrack AI Offline POS & eStore

1. Open the OnTrack POS app on your device.

2. Go to the Menu and select Settings.

3. Tap on Taxes & Service Charges.

4.Enter the details:

• Tax name (e.g., VAT, Service Charge)
• Percentage or fixed amount

5. Enable “Apply to Sales” so the tax/service charge is automatically added to transactions.

6. Tap Save to confirm your settings.
