How To Send a Payment Reminder
1. Open the OnTrack AI Offline POS & eStore on your phone.
2. Log in to your account with your credentials.
3. Tap the “Transaction” tab on the bottom navigation bar.
4. Scroll through your transactions and select the customer who has an outstanding or unpaid payment.
5. On the customer’s transaction detail screen, look for the “Remind Customer” button (usually at the bottom right).
6. Tap it to send a reminder notification to the customer about their pending payment.
