  • open the ontrack mobile app and login to your account
  • tap the “Transaction” tab on the bottom navigation bar
  • look through your transaction and select the customer who has an outstanding/unpaid payment
  • on the costumer’s transaction detail screen, tap the “Remind costumer” botton (usually at the bottom right)
