  1. open the ontrack app on your phone and log in
  2. tap the “customer” tab on the bottom navigation bar to view your customer list
  3. select the customer who has made a payment
  4. go to the “sales” tab – this shows all sales and outstanding balances for that customer
  5. choose the relevant sales record (the invoice or due item) that the payment is for.

once you open that sale.

  • you should see an option to enter/record payment.
  • enter the payment amount(full or partial)
  • choose the payment method (e.g,cash, bank transfer,pos,others)
  • add an optional note (eg receipt number or payment refrences)
  • Tap “pay” (or similar) to finalize the payment.
