How To Check Late Payment
1. Open the OnTrack AI Offline POS & eStore on your phone and log in with your account credentials.
2. Tap the “Transaction” tab located in the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll through your transactions and select the customer who has an outstanding or unpaid payment.
4. On the customer’s transaction detail screen, look for the “Remind Customer” button (usually at the bottom right).
5. Tap it to send a reminder notification to the customer about their pending payment.
