how to check late payment
- open the ontrack mobile app on your phone and log in to your account
- navigate to the transactions or costumers section (usually via the botton menu)
- in transaction,look for a way to filter or sort by unpaid or due payments-in many versions of ontrack you can filter to show only unpaid/overdue items.
- tap a specific unpaid item to see its due date and status. if the due has passed, that transaction is considered late/overdue.
