How To Add a New Customer
To add a new customer, follow these steps:
1. Open the OnTrack AI Offline POS & eStore and log in.
2. click on more
3. Click on the “Customers” tab from the bottom taskbar. This will open the “Customers” page.
4. To add a new customer, This will open the “New Customer” form.
4. Complete the form with the following customer details:
Name
Phone Number
Address
To import a customer’s name and address
5. Tap “Save” to add the customer.
