how to set up taxes and services charges in ontrack pos

Open the OnTrack POS app on your device.

Go to the Menu and select Settings.

Tap on Taxes & Service Charges.

Enter the details:

• Tax name (e.g., VAT, Service Charge)
• Percentage or fixed amount

Enable “Apply to Sales” so the tax/service charge is automatically added to transactions.

Tap Save to confirm your settings.
