How To Set Up Product Low Stock Alerts

To set up product low stock alerts on your OnTrack Admin Dashboard:

1. Log in to your OnTrack Admin Dashboard from your desktop.

2. From the left sidebar, click on Products. This will display list of available products.

3. Locate the product you want to set low stock alert to. Click the pencil icon – from the right-hand side of the product. This will open the product information.

4. Tap the text Manage stock for this product? This will open two fields: First Quantity and Alert Stock.

5. Enter the current product quantity in the First Quantity box, and the alert threshold in the Alert Stock box.

For example, setting First Quantity = 100 and Alert Stock = 10 means you have 100 units, and you’ll receive an alert when the stock reaches 10 units.

6. Tap Confirm to save.

Now, you will receive low stock alerts whenever your stock reduces down to 10 quantities.
