To check late payment on OnTrack Desktop:

1. Navigate to Transactions from the left sidebar, where you will see list of all previous transactions.

2. In the Payment Status section at the top of the page, click “All” to open a dropdown menu. Select “Unpaid” from the list to display only unpaid transactions. Selecting “All” displays both paid and unpaid transactions.

The item in the “Due Date” column turns red once the payment deadline has passed, indicating late payment.
