To manage the access rights of employees, follow these steps:

  1. Open the OnTrack Business App and log in.
  2. Click on the “More” (hamburger symbol) located at the bottom right corner. This will open the “More Features” page.
  3. Click on “Employees” from the list.
  4. Select the desired employee to open the Edit Employee form.
  5. Choose the “Position” of the employee: Admin, Sales, or Other.
  6. Select the appropriate permissions for the employee under the “Permissions” section.
  7. Tap “Confirm” at the bottom right corner to save the changes.
