To send payment report/ledger to customer, follow these steps:

1. Open the OnTrack Business App and log in.

2. Click on the Customers tab from the bottom taskbar. This will open the Customers page.

3. Select the customer by clicking on their name.

4. Tap the Sales tab. This will open the list of records (for each payment) for that customer. Select the relevant record from the list to open the customer payment report.

5. Click on the Share button. Select the method you want to use in sending the record to the customer (WhatsApp, etc).

6. Select the customer and complete the sending process.
