To delete or suspend an employee’s account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the OnTrack Business App and log in.
  2. Click on the “More” (hamburger symbol) located at the bottom right corner. This will open the “More Features” page.
  3. Click on “Employees” from the list.
  4. Select the desired employee to open the Edit Employee form.
  5. Tap “Delete” at the bottom left corner to delete the employee’s account or suspend it.
